The subscription is a monthly retainer program that gives you access to unlimited UX and content support. You can request as many tasks as you'd like throughout the month, and I will complete them one at a time. No revision limits either — I'll continue to make changes until you're happy! Bonus: Have any stray marketing content needs? Subscription clients can take advantage of my marketing/comms background and request ANY written content. To maintain a high level of work quality and ensure all subscription clients are getting the most out of the program, I only take on a handful of subscription clients at a time.

It depends 🙂 Simpler requests can take as little as a few days, while more complex requests may take a few weeks. I'm honest and upfront when I estimate how much time I'll take on a request, and I do my best to work with any hard deadlines you have.

For experienced UX researchers, you're looking at a similar base salary.
